October 1st, 2007 | by bgmahesh |

Silicon Valley companies have started hosting Lunch 2.0. According to WSJ Lunch 2.0 is defined as,

The concept — dubbed Lunch 2.0 by its founders — has grown into a social-networking phenomenon that now draws hundreds of engineers, venture capitalists, and even summer interns to various companies for free meals and conversation.

Wonder when this will catch up in India’s Silicon Valley (still assuming it is Bangalore). I have been to similar events organized by Mobile Monday, I guess they can coin it as Tea 2.0 or Chai 2.0 :-)

No news about Lunch 2.0 compliant companies having a higher valuation ;-)
