Ever hit the “Reply-All” button accidentally before ;-) ?

Atleast I have but luckily it hasn’t caused any damage. Read an interesting article on B.L. Ochman’s blog about such an incident.
Her post is about an airline in US snubbing/ignoring a disgruntled passenger. The airline chose to ignore this passenger’s posting on his personal blog. The CEO of the airline in his email specifically asked his staff to ignore this blogger and accidentally included the blogger in the email (by hitting the Reply-All button). Ouch! It must have hurt!
