I use Google Docs extensively to communicate amongst team members. We use Bugzilla to record the undocumented features (ok, fine BUGS!) in our products.
I don’t use docs.google.com but I use the one on my Google Apps account (for mahesh.com). Lately, every time I login I get the following annoying message,
If you see closely, both accounts have the same email id. So why is docs so confused about the user which is trying to use Google Docs?
Yes, I have cleared my cache, cookies blah blah. I use the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, IE.
For now the solution that works is – click on ‘sign in another account’ and again enter the same email id that you see in the image.
Sharing Is Also Flaky
I have shared a document with a colleague. He has received the invite, he logs into his Google Docs account (docs.google.com) and he doesn’t see the document I have shared. No clue how to get this resolved.
