Google has several articles about domainname registration scam from China. Periodically I do receive emails from these domain registrars in China trying to entice you to blocking more domains. One of them is listed below,

mahesh.org.cn
mahesh.tw
After our initial checking, we found the brand name were similar to your company’s, so we need to check with you whether your company has authorized that company to register these names. If you authorized this, we will finish the registration at once. If you did not authorize, please let us know within 7 workdays, so that we will handle this issue better. Recently my sister received a similar email for her domain and she forwarded me asking what to do. I asked her to “hit the spam” button. Majority of domain owners in India can get fooled by such emails.
If you have no plans in doing business in these countries (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong etc) there is no need for you to block these domains. Just ignore them.
