Hacker seems to have brought Twitter down

6:40 PM IST: Few minutes ago I lost my connection to Twitter (thru twitterfox). It doesn’t seem to be just from India but also from US. I was using HootSuite, it cannot retrieve any tweets from my account.
I am sure many will feel out of place without twitter. I am doing fine though 
CNN reports Twitter has been hit by “denial of service” [DoS] attack. Twitter does admit about the DoS attack on their blog.
9:20 PM: Things are getting back to normal.
