Indians embrace social media, dumping email: Nielsen

It is no secret that a lot of Indians are spending a lot of time on social media, mainly on Facebook. While most of the users for Twitter are from outside US, I don’t think there is a huge mass of quality Twitter users in India.

Facebook slowly replacing email

These days many prefer to send me email using LinkedIn or Facebook. I am yet to get used to this new platform for email, when it comes to user experience they don’t come anywhere near the traditional email but  I guess it is a matter of convenience.
