Today’s Mint carried an article “Blame it on the system” which was a review of New York Times article “An Open Letter to India’s Graduating Classes“. Both articles are an interesting read and a must for parents+students. While India “produces” a huge number of graduates a very small percentage of these are employable. Many get rejected for academic reasons but majority get rejected for not having the “other essential skills”.

Asana – a simple and good project management, task-based tool

Asana - Task Management Tool Mint had carried an article today “From a Facebook founder, a social network for work” [originally from NY Times]. It is always interesting to read about how one can improve your productivity. The article is about the task management tool ‘Asana’ but in view of valuations I guess everyone wants to attach the word ‘social network’ to their product.

The New Bing is pretty cool

There is only one alternative to Google (if at all), that is Bing. I have used it extensively but very frustrated about Bing just refusing to crawl our sites at a much faster rate.
