American Customer Satisfaction Index: Facebook flops, Bing rocks

This report was released little over a week ago “Facebook Flops in ACSI E-Business Report” says,

  • Facebook is the most popular site in the US, but users are not satisfied
  • On a scale of 100 the scores were: Myspace 63, Facebook 64, YouTube 73, Wikipedia 77
  • This puts Facebook in the bottom 5% of all measured private sector companies and in the same range as airlines and cable companies, two perennially low-scoring industries with terrible customer satisfaction.
  • Search engine: Google 80, Bing 77, Yahoo 76, AOL 74, Ask.com 73
