Thanks to the internet, my classmates from Engineering are in reasonable touch with each other. As the final days of final semester approached it started hitting us that life will not be the same. I was social enough to know everyone in my class.
During those days we did not have access to the internet (select few government organizations in India did have “shared” email accounts). Thanks to the efforts of few, we came out with an address book of our class. Doubt how many of these addresses will be current.
One of my classmates, Vikas Kamat, had successfully demonstrated his creative skills during our engineering. His site, kamat.com, will show you what the quality of content should be. Vikas sent us all the following email (I have deleted the city in the addresses, otherwise this is the complete address in our address book)
I enjoyed browsing through the names, many of whom I had sadly forgotten.
