Long weekend in Bangalore: Good for our roads, bad for language traffic

Long weekends are always good & bad news for me. Bangalore roads are wonderful to drive during long weekends. It is safe to assume a huge percentage of population goes out of Bangalore during holidays - mainly to Tamil Nadu, Andhra (united Andhra!), Kerala.
